it's a love affair
It started with a love for our Pit Bulls and turned into an obsession for our Bullies.
Our Pit Bulls were aging and it was time to start the search for a new dog. This is never an easy task, but if you’re a true dog lover, you know a home is not a home without a couple of dogs. We agreed that we would add an American Bully to our family. After much research, many phone calls and too many scammers, we found the perfect dog. This dog was amazing! He was everything that we heard about the American Bully breed, loving, calm, fun, friendly and massive! And with that, we decided that we needed to share this amazing breed with EVERYONE!
After the difficulty we experienced finding one of these spectacular dogs, we agreed that we would start breeding them in an effort to offer a reputable breeder to the market filled with scammers and those breeding for the money and not the betterment of the breed, and in an area where the XL American Bully breed was not popular or easily accessible.
We spent many hours, doing extensive research to determine the perfect lines to produce our ideal structure and temperament. We searched far and wide and drove many miles to find the perfect dogs to build our breeding program. Now our love for these dogs has now become our life mission, to breed the best XL American Bullies for you and your family & become Colorado's most trusted American Bully breeder.
Our American Bullies are our passion and we love all our dogs. We consider our dogs a part of our family and we make sure we do everything we can to provide them the happiest lives possible.
Blackston Bullies strives to continually produce XL American Bully puppies by strategically planning our breedings to better the XL American Bully breed. Our dogs are bred not only for their exceptional look, but more importantly temperament and stability. A Blackston Bully is the dog whose temperament is designed to be the laid-back, sit on the couch, watch a couple movies, then head out for a ride in the car on the way to a fun day at the lake with friends.
